Before you write
An item is cut out badly
Lay the item on a flat surface and shoot from above, in good light. A photo of the item being worn, or against a busy background, is much harder to cut out. You can always correct the result from the item's detail screen.
The app gets the type or colour wrong
Tap the item in your wardrobe and edit it. Your correction is kept.
The weather looks wrong
Without location permission the app estimates the temperature from the time of year, and can be several degrees off. You can turn it on in the app's settings.
I want the app in another language
Closet AI is available in Spanish, English and French, and follows your iPhone's language. To change it for the app only: Settings → Language.
I want to delete my data
Everything lives on your iPhone. Settings → Delete the whole wardrobe removes all of it, and uninstalling the app takes the rest. There is no account to close.
Reporting a problem
It helps a lot if you tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, what you were doing and, if you can, a screenshot.
